Keto Friendly Ribs

I think my favorite thing about cooking keto friendly meals for my husband is that many of them only require simple swaps that don't even change the flavor of the original dishes you were making pre-keto.

This recipe is the perfect example of that, I only had to change TWO ingredients to make it keto friendly, and those two changes didn't change the flavor at all. And, I actually feel good about the changes, like the BBQ sauce, because changing to the sugar free sauce took out the high fructose corn syrup that's not so great for you.

So, here's the rub you'll make…

Link to brown Swerve on Amazon if you can’t find it in your local store:

Add avocado oil and mix and you're left with this…

Rub that ALL over both sides of the ribs…

And then cover with tin foil till ready to cook!

After it’s done cooking and then broiling, you’ll have below…

Lastly, slather that baby up in sauce…

Lastly, let’s talk to differences in Sweet Baby Ray’s regular and sugar free sauces, picture is large so you can read the details…

Obviously, there’s still some NOT-so-great ingredients in the sugar free like caramel coloring BUT it is still 1000x times better than the original with the high fructose corn syrup! Seriously, even if you’re not on a keto diet just buy the sugar free. Another condiment we switched sugar free on that I also think tastes better is ketchup!

This one is also hard to find in the store sometimes so below is another Amazon link if you need it:
